Game And General Rules
• Players wishing to play for real money must be over the age of 18. (It's
the law.)
• Only one account is allowed per player. (This is unfortunately necessary
to prevent abuse of our generous bonus policies.) Any player found in violation
of this rule may have all their accounts terminated.
• Players are required to keep all registration details in a safe place. Dream
Bingo will not accept liability for any damages caused by misuse of any player account.
• The purchase of all tickets is final. You cannot "undo" a ticket
purchase. Tickets purchased will be displayed at the beginning of each game. If
you leave or are disconnected prior to game start, the game continues and your tickets
will still be played. No refunds are available.
• Dream Bingo reserves the right to withhold the payment of winnings to any
player pending verification of the player's identity.
• Only players that have funded their account with a cash deposit are eligible
to win jackpot prizes (Progressive Jackpot, Cashblitz and Promotional Games)
• Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to
any Player should the Player have provided us with false or misleading information,
is found to have violated any policy rule, or if for any reason the Player account
is not maintained in good standing which may render any purchase or subsequent winnings
void.
• Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment of
any game which may requires further investigation due to any system malfunction
in which case Dream Bingo will be under no obligation to pay players who take advantage
of these occurrences and an alternative award may be determined on a case by case
basis.
• Management reserves the right to terminate any Player account at any time
without notice if found to be violating any of the above rules and at its discretion
suspend a Player's account, void any winnings and withhold any balance in a Player's
account.
• In the case of dispute, the decision of Dream Bingo management will be final.
Always fair, but final.
• All promotions offered at Dream Bingo are available to other operators in the Palace Group Bingo Network. The winners of these promotions will be advertised across all operators within the Palace Group Bingo Network.
• In registering as a Player at Dream Bingo you hereby grant us your unqualified consent to (a) utilise the aliases utilized by you herein and your chat records for display on television and/or (b) alter or amend such chat records as we see fit when displaying the same on television.
• All promotions are subject to their own rules, as read with the terms hereof. In addition to the promotion rules, if in any promotion there is one non- cash prize (for example, a car or a trip) to be awarded and the said non- cash prize is won by two or more players, we reserve and have the right, at our sole discretion, to revoke the non- cash prize and to award a cash prize equivalent in value of such non- cash prize to be split amongst the winners thereof (pro rata, if applicable). In the event of a tie, Dream Bingo reserves the right to initiate a playoff between tied-players. In this event, each player will get an equal number of tickets. The Winner is the player who bingos on a Full House.
Sign up and Registration Rules
• It is the responsibility of Player to ensure that they understand and comply
fully in respect of any national and international laws, regulations, directives
etc applicable to the Player.
• Please note that the Sign Up Bonus is limited to ONE account per household.
• Management at their sole discretion may withhold or delay any payment to
any Player should the Player have provided us with false or misleading information,

vary them without prior notice. The Player upon registration accepts and agrees
to abide by the rules as set out above and which maybe amended from time to time.
The Player is responsible for review of these rules and policies on a regular basis.
